Our bikes must be returned to an official station.
If the return does not take place at an official city bike Linz station, we will charge a service fee of 20 € from a distance of 20 m from the station. This does not affect the right to assert higher claims corresponding to the actual expense in individual cases (e.g. if the bike is returned to another system/another city).
The return on private property (e.g. in backyards) and in parks is generally prohibited and will also be penalised with 20 €.

In individual cases, City Bike Linz Rental Service Ltd. reserves the right to charge a service fee corresponding to the actual costs incurred.

If the bike is not locked correctly or not locked at all, we charge a service fee of 20 €.

For return debit notes, the bank fees incurred plus a processing fee of 1,89 € will be charged.
